I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email you used to sign up. We'll send you a reset link.

I'm not getting verification or reset emails

Check your spam folder. If it's still missing after a few minutes, email support@thebudgetpal.com and we'll help.

How do I delete my account?

Open the App, tap the account icon in the top-right of the My Budgets screen, choose Delete account, and confirm with your password. If you have not yet verified your email, tap Delete account instead on the verification screen. Deletion is immediate and removes your account email, all budgets, income, bills, and custom categories. This can't be undone.

If you cannot access the App, email support@thebudgetpal.com from the account's email address and we'll delete it manually.
